Monday        6:30pm – 7:30pm    Bikram Yoga (60 min)

Tuesday        6:30pm – 7:30pm    Vinyasa/ Yin Yoga

Wednesday  6:30pm – 8:00pm    Bikram Yoga (90min)

Thursday      6:30pm – 7:30pm    Vinyasa/ Yin Yoga

 

No classes on weekends and public holidays.

All levels welcome – Beginners this is a safe space to start your practice.

 

Teachers are all professional and qualified with years of experience at various yoga studio’s.

Yoga Styles

We believe that teachers should teach from the heart. They are guided through what feels right. Classes may vary from one to the other. Most teachers are skilled in more than one style of yoga and will adapt classes as they feel is necessary based on the students present.

Private Sessions/ Classes

First do a group class before you request a private class. Self-realisation is the recognition that we always tend to under-estimate what our bodies are capable of. You may surprise yourself.

How many classes should I do a week?

One of the most asked questions. The answer is relative to your normal training program. Just remember that the more you practise, the better you will feel. Yoga generates energy so will uplift your mood and increase your energy levels. Do your best to practise 3-5 times a week if possible. 3/4 classes for maintenance and more if you would like to see an improvement in your practise.

Emotional release

Yoga postures may create emotional release. Suppressed emotions related to traumatic experiences will possibly surface especially in heart opening postures like camel. Be aware that a sudden sense of feeling overwhelmed or intensely emotional is perfectly normal during your yoga practise. Breathe deeply, try not to react and do your best to feel the emotion or discomfort and let it go with your exhale.
